Inviting Users

By default, anyone can invite new members to their workspace, providing they have available seats to assign to the new user(s).

In time, we will add additional roles and permissions to govern how owners and admins can change this, so invitations require admin approval. 

Sending an Invitation

The ability to send invitations may depend on your role, as well as your Workspace and Organization settings and plan.

  1. Click Organization Settings from your Organization dashboard
  2. Enter the email address of anyone you'd like to invite. 

  3. Assign them a role.
  4. Click Invite
  5. The invitation will show as pending until it's accepted.
    1. The invitation link is valid for 48 hours.
  6. You can cancel or re-send the invitation at any time.
