FAQ

If a part like a screw appears 200 times in my organization, does it count as 200 parts or as one part?

Only unique sellable parts count towards your subscription plan. This means that if you have a commonly used part like a screw, nut, or bolt that appears repeatedly in your catalog, you will only be billied for it once.

I don’t know how many sellable parts I have, how will you invoice me?

We provide statistics within Zea Parts that display the total number of 3D parts uploaded to Zea. If you don’t identify which ones are sellable, we will consider that 25% of the total unique 3D (total minus duplicates) files represent a sellable part and invoice accordingly.
